Full-building Rental - Weekend Date

Cancellation Policy

Half-building Rental will reserve the front half of the building for your event. Your area will be roped off and is a good space for up to 80 ppl (mixture of sitting and standing). There is a $200 rental fee for the space. It also requires a $500 drink minimum and $300 catering minimum. If a drink minimum is not met, the remaining balance will be added to your tab. To-go beer, merchandise, and gift cards cannot be purchased to meet the minimum.
