Barback Responsibilities:

• Providing a high level of service through your positive, upbeat personal interactions with customers.

  
  

• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

  
  

• Regular cleaning and sanitization of all high-touch surfaces.

  
  

• Clearing and cleaning all tables and ensuring waste is deposited into the appropriate receptacles - trash, recycling, and composting.

  
  

• Monitor inventory of glassware to re-stock as needed.

  
  

• Monitor tap house and restrooms for cleanliness and supply inventory.

  
  

• Changing kegs in the cooler and re-stocking as needed.

  
  

• Working as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible..

  
  

Barback Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.

  
  

• Knowledgeable on Local craft beer

  
  

• Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.

  
  

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

  
  

• Positive attitude and strong desire to be helpful.

  
  

• Effective and frequent communication with manager and support staff, regardless of department or shift.

  
  

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

  
  

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

  
  

• Comfort with working independently, multitasking and maintaining efficiency and productivity.

  
  

• Attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standards, and confidence to speak up and act when safety and quality are compromised.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts every day of the week. Competitive compensation will be provided.
